With over three decades of experience in the field, Jennifer Traverso is a seasoned curriculum leader and literacy educator.
She has devoted her professional life to promoting writing instruction as a fundamental learning and thinking tool.
Her experience as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, Title I director, district literacy coach, curriculum coordinator, adjunct professor, and national consultant gives her a wide range of views on how to teach writing from early elementary school to graduate school.
Jennifer helps teachers by giving them data-driven coaching and professional development, focusing on clear writing strategies, self-control, and writing across disciplines.
Her specialized training in structured literacy, dyslexia, and writing development, as well as her ongoing professional development, shows her lifelong commitment to improving literacy outcomes for all students and honing the art of teaching writing.

Lindsay Rodriguez has over a decade of experience as an educational leader, having served as a principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Literacy Lead Facilitator in elementary education.
Her area of expertise lies in creating and directing professional development programs that emphasize writing instruction and evidence-based literacy strategies.
She specializes in coaching and professional development for K–6 teachers, as well as overseeing curriculum implementation.
Her work focuses on improving writing instruction by using organized, data-driven strategies that promote both fundamental abilities and real-world writing experiences.
